    Maison Milan reinvents the traditional knife! With a robust cast-iron handle, it is able to stand alone vertically.

    The blade in authentic solid walnut handles with ease and cuts lettuce and other vegetables with ease. This knife reinvented by the designer Chifen Cheng, in collaboration with Maison Milan, grinds salt, pepper, spices and nuts easily with the bottom of the handle like a pestle. The wide wooden blade allows food to be brought to the pan with ease.

    Comfortable in hand, loved by children - approved by the parents - and ingenious in its design, this new kind of knife combines wood and cast iron for a remarkable presence in a refined kitchen.
